Employee Benefits

Raising Awareness

Promoting workplace health enables employees to take conscious action to improve their health and well-being.

Systematic training and access to information on healthy lifestyles support proactive health self-management. As a result, employees become better prepared to make healthy choices and avoid health issues.

Prevention

Systematic health check-ups and employee health monitoring enable early detection of potential health concerns.

Early diagnosis allows for rapid implementation of appropriate treatment, thereby increasing the chances of a full recovery and minimising the risk of more severe complications.

Essential Knowledge

Knowledge about common disease symptoms and how to prevent illnesses may help in the early identification of health problems. Regular check-ups and awareness of hygiene and healthy lifestyle practices are vital to maintaining good health.

What are the benefits for employers?

Absenteeism Reduction

Health promotion and early identification of health concerns programmes contribute to a reduction in employee sick days.

Healthy and happy employees tend to be less susceptible to illness and stress, reducing absenteeism. Consequently, the organisation can maintain work continuity and boost productivity.

Improved Employee Well-Being, Engagement, and Retention

Investment in the employee’s health results in improved well-being and work engagement. Health programmes and wellness support foster a positive relationship with employers and enhance work satisfaction. As a result, employees tend to be more loyal and willing to stay with the company for longer, influencing team stability.

Improved Company Efficiency and Profitability

Healthy and motivated employees contribute to better efficiency and productivity at work, directly affecting the company’s financial performance.

Lower absenteeism rates and improved employee well-being lead to better work quality and lower medical costs. In the long term, team health increases profitability and company market success.

Creating an Image of an Employer Concerned about Team Well-being

Investing in the employee’s health and well-being positively influences the company’s image as a responsible and caring employer. Such an image attracts talented people who value good working conditions and employer support.

A solid reputation for caring about employee health may be a key asset in attracting and retaining the finest talents.

Our tools provide companies with ready-made materials they can use to create an ESG report.

INDICATOR MONITORING

Positive Impact (ESG)

The session was very inspirational and gave us a lot of food for thought on how we could improve the hormonal health of our employees. Both the speaker and the materials presented during the session were of high quality. The knowledge and experience of Doctor Monica brought us a more in-depth understanding of the challenges of hormones and their impact on health.
